Sphere Investigations was established in 2025, backed by Mangrove Equity Partners and Sunlake Capital Partners, with the mission to modernize the investigations industry through data, scale, and operational excellence. The company launched through the strategic acquisitions of Fraud Sniffr, Inc. and Phenix Investigations, Inc. in March 2025, followed by the addition of Marshall Investigative Group in August 2025.
